Where We Ship We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Damaged Orders Laycock Candles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or reach out to us at info@laycockcandles.com for assistance. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
