Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
- Carrier: We use Royal Mail Tracked
- Standard Delivery: Your order will typically arrive within 48 to 72 hours via Royal Mail Tracked.
- Peak Periods: During busy times, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.
Dispatch & Processing
- Our Hours: We operate Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm. We are closed on weekends.
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day.
- Weekend Orders: Please note that any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details and a link to monitor your shipment's progress via Royal Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
Domestic Shipping:
We currently deliver to Mainland UK addresses across England, Scotland, and Wales.
International & Exclusions:
At this time, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland or international destinations, including the EU. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause and hope to welcome more locations in the future.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on items in their original, unopened packaging and in perfect resaleable condition within 14 days of purchase. However, as our products are consumables, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
